How do I book my event?

How do I pay for my event?
A $75 deposit is due on the date of booking via Square or Venmo. Both of these options are free for you to use. We do not accept cash for party packages. The balance of your party or event is due 24hrs prior to our arrival. If we don't receive your balance by 9am EST on the day of your event we reserve the right to cancel, and you will forfeit your deposit. We accept personal checks however your date will not be secured until the check has cleared. Please email us if you have any questions about payment.

What if I need to cancel after I've paid my deposit?
All Simply Sassy Glam Parties require a non-refundable deposit due to us securing a date for you. In the event that you need to cancel, we will make every effort to reschedule your party on another day within 60 days of your original party date. Your initial deposit will be used towards the future date.

Is gratuity included?
​
Gratuity is not included however please feel free to tip your party hostess for a job well done.

How many girls does my party include?
​
Parties are based on 6 girls including the guest of honor. We can accommodate up to 12 girls. The birthday girl should be added to your final headcount.

How long are Simply Sassy glam parties?
​
Our parties are all 2 hours in length however they may conclude in less than 2 hours if your headcount is less than 6 girls.

How far do you travel?
We will travel the first 20 miles free from zip code 37381. There is $1 per mile fee after the first 20 miles and a MAX of 45 miles one way for the party.

Do I need to supply anything?

We provide everything needed to help put on a party that your child will talk about long after her party is over. You are welcome to have your own cake & food however please note that each party is allotted 2 hours and that we do not include a break in that time. For that reason, we recommend finger foods. Services and pictures will continue throughout the party.

I have non-participants that will be at my event.
​
We ask that your guests not use our supplies (hairbrushes, hot tools, make-up etc.) All supplies that we bring are to be
used by our party hostesses only.

How many party hostesses will attend my event?
All parties will have two trained hostesses. The owner's daughter may attend as an assistant to the hostesses.

What if my guests don't arrive on time?
Due to other parties being held on the same day, it is imperative that all participants arrive on time. Any guests arriving late will join in at the point where the party has progressed.

What happens if less than 6 girls show up?
Parties are based on 6 girls so if less than 6 show up you are still charged the same price. Your party can conclude in less than two hours if your guest count is less than 6. We do not add or substitute services or physical items due to headcount.

What if my child wants a party and she's older than 8?
